Custom Entities

Investigations don't always fit neatly into built-in entity types. Custom entities let you define your own types with a preferred icon and color so you can represent any data that matters to your case.

Once created, custom entities behave exactly like built-in ones – you can add them to graphs, link them to other entities, and enrich them with properties.

Custom entity types are configured once at the organization level and become available across all cases, so the entire team works with a consistent taxonomy.
