Validin

Overview

Validin provides historical and current internet infrastructure data, including DNS records, TLS certificates, HTTP and HTTPS crawl responses, OSINT, subdomains, and related infrastructure.

Malfors uses Validin to enrich domains, IP addresses, hashes, and DNS values through certificate, DNS extra, DNS history, DNS hostname, host response, lookalike, OSINT history, pivot, and subdomain sources, depending on the entity type.

This helps you reconstruct infrastructure history, identify reused services or content, and pivot from an indicator to related domains, hosts, certificates, and observations.

Configure

1. Create or sign in to a Validin account with a subscription that includes API access.
2. In Validin, open Profile → Manage Your API Keys and create or copy an API key.
3. In Malfors, open Enrichments → Validin → Add Token.
4. Paste the API key into the field and save.
5. Validin enrichments are now available.
